We offer preventative maintenance contracts with 24/7 callout facility. Maintenance contracts can be tailored to suit customer individual needs. The main types of contracts are listed below:-

Fixed fee contracts for periods typically upto 3 years
Fully comprehensive contracts with all parts & labour inclusive

Our 24/7 emergency callout service is available to clients with a maintenance contract. Benefits include:-

Assurance that a breakdown will be attended to within a few hours
Immediate access to telephone support & advice
Our service engineers carry a comprehensive onboard stock of spares in order to, where possible, carryout repairs / replacements on the service thereby saving the customer a further callout charge.

Pump overhaul & repair:-

Our team can remove & reinstall pumps with the minimum of disruption to your services. Pumps can also be delivered to our specialist workshop for overhaul. A six month warranty is provided for all overhauled pumps. Suitable replacements are offered if your pump is beyond economical repair.

Tankering & Jet wash:-

The Acorn Waste Water Division operates a tanker & jet wash service which can be included within a service visit or as a separate commodity. Our combination tankers combine high pressure & high volume jetting complete with high powered tankering capability. They are capable of removing fatty solids & build-up within pump station wet wells, cesspits, septic tanks & soakaways & have proved to be an essential part of the Waste Water Division.

All services are carried out in accordance with British Water, the environment Agency & manufacturer’s guidelines.

All operatives are confined space trained
Barriers, warning signs & personal protective clothing used at all times
Safety procedures practised at all times to help eliminate danger to general public & our operatives
